Eligibility Criteria :

Training & Placement Officer :
Candidates must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions ;
Must possess an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
Should have secured a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in the postgraduate degree.
Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
Must have at least 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Training and Placement activities in premier higher educational institutions such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, and IISERs.
Corporate Human Resource Management (HRM).
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Important Points :
Both the Engineering degree and MBA/Postgraduate qualification are mandatory.
Experience must be acquired after obtaining the required educational qualifications.
Qualifications obtained from recognized Universities or Institutions only will be considered.
Candidates should possess strong communication, industry networking, and placement management skills.

Salary Details :
The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.
Consolidated salary of up to ₹2,00,000 per month.
The remuneration is inclusive of all allowances.

Performance during the selection process.
Candidates working in reputed organizations may be considered for ;
Salary enhancement of up to 50% over their existing remuneration, subject to the maximum ceiling prescribed by the Institute.

House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Transport Allowance (TA).
Medical Allowance.
Any other allowances or benefits unless approved by the competent authority.

Selection Process :
