Training & Placement Officer :
Candidates must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions ;
Must possess an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
Should have secured a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in the postgraduate degree.
Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
Must have at least 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Training and Placement activities in premier higher educational institutions such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, and IISERs.
Corporate Human Resource Management (HRM).
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Important Points :
Both the Engineering degree and MBA/Postgraduate qualification are mandatory.
Experience must be acquired after obtaining the required educational qualifications.
Qualifications obtained from recognized Universities or Institutions only will be considered.
Candidates should possess strong communication, industry networking, and placement management skills.

Salary Details :
