Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Gender Studies, Anthropology, or any other relevant Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
Candidates must also have qualified NET or hold an M.Phil or Ph.D. in the concerned field.
Preference will be given to candidates with good command over Hindi, English, and Kashmiri languages.
Additional desirable skills include strong academic writing ability, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Salary / Pay Scale :
Fixed monthly fellowship: ₹37,000/-.

Selection Process :
Initial screening will be carried out based on eligibility and academic credentials.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview for final selection.
