Junior Residency – Eligibility & Remuneration :
Applications are invited from eligible medical graduates for appointment to the post of Junior Resident.
Eligibility Requirements.
Candidates must hold an MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India and be registered with the Delhi Medical Council. Applicants should not have completed one year of Junior Residency at the time of application.
Only those who have completed their compulsory internship between 24 February 2024 and 23 February 2026 are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to fresh candidates.
Age Limit :
The upper age limit for applicants is 30 years.
Age relaxation will be provided as per Government norms:
SC/ST candidates: up to 35 years
OBC candidates: up to 33 years
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): additional relaxation of 10 years
Pay & allowances
Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹56,100 per month under Pay Level 10 (Index–1), along with Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) and other admissible allowances as per applicable rules.
