Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must fulfill all essential conditions listed below ;
Must hold Indian citizenship.
Should demonstrate strong ethical conduct and impeccable integrity.
Must have attained a minimum age of 45 years.

Required Background / Experience :
Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following qualifications ;
Retired from the position of District Judge, or
Eligible for appointment as a District Judge, or
Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory roles within any statutory or regulatory authority, or
At least 10 years of professional expertise in fields such as law, finance, corporate affairs, economics, management, or public administration.

Age Requirement :
Minimum age: 45 years.
No upper age ceiling has been defined.

Remuneration :
Fixed monthly pay: ₹2,16,000.

Mode of Selection :
The appointment process will be based on ;
Personal Interaction Session.
Interview Evaluation.
