Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must fulfill both the educational qualification and experience requirements prescribed for the respective post.
The eligibility criteria vary according to the post applied for.

Educational Qualification :
General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager :
Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates holding ;
M.Com.
MBA (Finance).
CA.
CMA.
Equivalent professional qualifications.

Manager / Deputy Manager / Executive / Senior Officer / Junior Officer :
Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
A Postgraduate Degree in any discipline is desirable.

Clerk :
Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in graduation.
Computer Knowledge.
Candidates without a computer background must possess a Basic Computer Course certificate.
Candidates who do not possess the certificate at the time of joining must complete the course within six months of appointment.

Important Points :
All educational qualifications must be completed within the minimum duration prescribed by the respective university or board.
Candidates who required additional semesters or years to clear backlog papers or ATKT are not eligible to apply.
Candidates must ensure that all educational qualifications are completed before the prescribed cut-off date.

Experience Required :
General Manager : Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a Manager or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Deputy General Manager : Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Manager or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Assistant General Manager : Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager, Senior Officer, or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Manager : Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as Senior Officer, Assistant Manager, or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Deputy Manager : Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as Senior Officer, Assistant Manager, or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Executive : Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as Senior Officer, Assistant Manager, or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Senior Officer : Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as Junior Officer or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Junior Officer : Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as Clerk, Cashier, Front Line Staff, or equivalent in a Cooperative Bank or Commercial Bank.
Clerk : No prior work experience is required.

Age Limit :
Age will be calculated as on 01 July 2026.
General Manager: 35 to 51 years.
Deputy General Manager: 32 to 45 years.
Assistant General Manager: 30 to 40 years.
Manager: 28 to 40 years.
Deputy Manager: 28 to 40 years.
Executive: 28 to 40 years.
Senior Officer: 25 to 35 years.
Junior Officer: 22 to 32 years
Clerk: 20 to 30 years.

Age Relaxation :
Age relaxation in the upper age limit may be granted only to exceptionally capable and experienced candidates.
No relaxation is allowed in the minimum age requirement.
No age relaxation is available for the Clerk post.

Application Fee :
Application fee is Rs. 1000/- per post.
The fee is applicable to all categories of candidates.
The fee must be paid online through the UPI QR Code available on the application portal.
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Candidates should save the fee payment confirmation or receipt for future reference.

Selection Process :
Written Examination ;
Eligible candidates will be called for the Written Examination.

Interview ;
Candidates shortlisted in the Written Examination will be called for an Interview.
The interview will assess the candidate's professional knowledge, experience, and suitability for the post.
Final Selection ;

Competition Level Analysis :
Clerk Post ;
The Clerk post offers 100 vacancies.
No prior banking experience is required.
Fresh graduates with at least 55% marks are eligible.
The Clerk post is expected to receive the highest number of applications.
Junior Officer Post ;
The Junior Officer post offers 30 vacancies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant banking experience.
Competition is expected to be moderate due to the experience requirement.
Senior-Level Posts ;
Senior posts such as ;

require substantial banking experience.
Although the number of applicants may be lower, competition is expected to remain high because of the limited vacancies.

Who Should NOT Apply :
Candidates who do not satisfy the minimum or maximum age criteria as on 01 July 2026.
Clerk applicants who are below 20 years or above 30 years of age.
Candidates who completed their graduation or post-graduation by taking extra semesters or years to clear backlog papers or ATKT.
Candidates who do not possess the minimum required banking experience for the post.
Candidates who are unable to make online fee payments through UPI or other digital payment methods.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Applying :
