Selected candidates will initially be appointed as Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) for three years.
Monthly fixed remuneration will be :
First Year – ₹22,750.
Second Year – ₹24,700.
Third Year – ₹26,650.
After successful completion of the fixed tenure, candidates may be absorbed as Junior Assistant in the regular pay scale of ₹25,000–₹55,800.
TA/DA will be admissible as per company rules.
Other allowances are not applicable during the fixed remuneration period.
