Educational & Skill Requirements :
Stenographer Grade-III :
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
Mandatory qualification in English Shorthand at 80 words per minute, with transcription speed of 20 words per minute.
Must clear a Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature).
Clerk :
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
For posts reserved under specific categories, applicants must be bonafide residents of Haryana State.
Age Criteria (as on 01-01-2026) :
Minimum age: 18 years.
Maximum age: 42 years.
Age relaxation for SC, OBC, and other reserved categories will be provided as per applicable Government rules.
Remuneration & Tenure :
Consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,500/-.
The engagement will initially be for six months, or until regular appointments are made, or until the existing Stenographer Grade-III becomes eligible for promotion to Grade-II, whichever occurs earlier.
