Eligibility Requirements :

Revenue Inspector (RI) :
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university and possess working knowledge of computer applications. Applicants should be more than 20 years and less than 42 years of age as on 1st January 2025.

ICDS Supervisor :
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification. This post is open only to women candidates. The age limit is between 21 and 42 years as on 1st January 2025.

Village Agricultural Worker (VAW) :
Candidates should have passed +2 Science or +2 Vocational course in Agriculture-related subjects such as Crop Production, Horticulture, or Repair & Maintenance of Power Driven Farm Machinery from a recognized Board or Institution. A Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic under OUAT is desirable and provides an additional 5% weightage in the written examination.

Junior Assistant (JA) :
Applicants must have completed +3 (Arts/Science/Commerce) or an equivalent qualification with knowledge of computer skills. Registration with the Employment Exchange of the concerned district (or State/Special Employment Exchange with valid Resident Certificate) before the last date of online application is mandatory.

Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI) :
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by CHSE, Odisha or an equivalent examination, or possess a Diploma in Engineering from an institution under SCTE & VT, Odisha affiliated to AICTE. Knowledge of computer applications is required.

Amin :
Applicants should have passed 10+2 conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent, or hold a Diploma in Engineering under SCTE & VT, Odisha affiliated to AICTE. Basic computer knowledge is essential.

Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS) :
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha / CBSE / CISCE or any other equivalent board.

Odia Language Proficiency :
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak Odia and should have passed Odia as a subject at ME School level, Matriculation, Class VII or above, or cleared the Odia language test conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.

General Conditions :
The applicant must be a citizen of India and possess good character.
A candidate must not have more than one spouse living unless exempted under applicable personal law.

Reservation Categories :
Persons with Disabilities (PwDs):
Must possess a valid Permanent Disability Certificate or UDID card indicating at least 40% disability in the relevant category suitable for the post.

Ex-Servicemen:
Must submit valid defence service documents such as Identity Card or Discharge Certificate and provide an undertaking regarding non-availment of previous government re-employment benefits in Odisha.

Revenue Inspector (RI): ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Pay Matrix Level-9, Cell-01).
ICDS Supervisor: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Pay Matrix Level-9, Cell-01).
Village Agricultural Worker (VAW): ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Pay Matrix Level-5, Cell-01).
Junior Assistant (JA): ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Pay Matrix Level-4, Cell-01).
Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI): ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Pay Matrix Level-4, Cell-01).
Amin: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 (Pay Matrix Level-3, Cell-01).
Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS): ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 (Pay Matrix Level-3, Cell-01).
