Eligibility :

Nationality :
Applicants must be citizens of India.

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must possess:
NCVT (NAC) certification in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) Trade.
Preference ;
AOCP trade apprentices from Ordnance Factories.
Apprentices from Government or Government-affiliated private organizations.

Eligible Feeder Trades :
IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

Age Limit (as on closing date) :
General (UR/EWS): 18–40 years.
OBC (NCL): +3 years (up to 43 years).
SC/ST: +5 years (up to 45 years).
Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 years relaxation.

Salary & Benefits :
Basic Pay: ₹19,900 + Dearness Allowance (DA) (paid on daily wage basis for 8-hour shift).
Annual Increment: 3% on basic pay.
HRA: As per applicable city classification (if quarters not provided).
Risk & Night Duty Allowance: As applicable to regular employees.
EPF coverage and compensation benefits as per government rules.
Bonus eligibility as per Bonus Act (where applicable).
Leave: 30 days per year (2.5 days/month, encashable after completion of one year).
Maternity benefits as per applicable Act.
Company accommodation wherever available.

Selection Process :
Shortlisting based on NCVT (NAC) marks.
Trade/Practical Test (qualifying nature).
Final Merit Preparation ;
80% weightage: NCVT marks.
20% weightage: Trade Test marks.
Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
Tie-Breaking Criteria ;
Ex-apprentice of Ordnance Factory Chanda.
Ex-apprentice of other Ordnance Factories.
Higher NCVT marks.
Older candidate preferred.
Training After Selection ;
AOCP candidates: 1-month safety and handling training.
Feeder trade candidates: 1-month training + 2 months on-job training.
