Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must meet the required educational and eligibility conditions for their respective trade or discipline before applying for OPaL Apprentice Recruitment 2026.

Trade Apprentices (ITI – Sl. No. 1 to 4) :
Applicants must possess a trade certificate from NCVT/SCVT/SBTE recognized ITI in the relevant trade such as AOCP, Fitter, Electrician, or IMCP.

Graduate Apprentices (Sl. No. 5 to 12) :
Candidates must hold a full-time degree such as B.B.A., B.Com, or Bachelor’s in IT from a university/institution recognized by UGC or AICTE.

General Eligibility Conditions :
Only Indian nationals are eligible (subject to domicile/district criteria as per Annexure-I).
Qualifications must be full-time and obtained in 2022 or later.
Distance learning, correspondence, and part-time courses are not accepted.
Candidates with 1 year or more post-qualification experience are not eligible.
Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training anywhere are not eligible.
Wireman certificate is not valid for Electrician trade.
Aadhaar-linked bank account and PAN card are mandatory at the time of joining for stipend payment.

Age Limit (As on 15.05.2026) :
General / EWS: 18 to 24 years (DOB between 15.05.2002 and 15.05.2008).

Age Relaxation :
OBC (NCL): +3 years.
SC / ST: +5 years.
PwBD (General/EWS): +10 years.
PwBD (OBC): +13 years.
PwBD (SC/ST): +15 years.

Application Fee :
No application fee for any category.
Registration on NAPS and NATS portals is completely free.
Applications through any offline mode or third-party sources are not accepted.

Stipend Structure :
ITI Trade Apprentices : ₹10,560/-.
Graduate Apprentices : ₹12,300/-.
Additional Benefits & Conditions ;
PPE (safety equipment) will be provided by OPaL.
No accommodation, TA/DA, or food allowance will be provided.
Stipend will be credited only to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.
Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

Selection Process :
Online application through NAPS/NATS portal.
Shortlisting based on merit (academic performance).
Document verification via email communication.
Medical fitness certificate required before final joining.

Apply online only (no offline applications allowed).
ITI candidates must apply through NAPS portal (ID: E03202407435).
Degree candidates must apply through NATS portal (ID: WGJVDC110841).
Application window: 24 April 2026 to 15 May 2026.
Apply for only one trade and one location.
Ensure valid email ID and mobile number for communication.
Multiple applications may be rejected or merged at OPaL’s discretion.

Important Instructions :
Only eligible full-time qualifications (2022 onwards) will be considered.
Multiple applications are not permitted.
No travel or accommodation support will be provided.
Aadhaar-linked bank account and PAN card are mandatory at joining.
20% seats are reserved for candidates from Ambetha and Suva villages (Vagra Taluka).
OPaL reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
