Eligibility Requirements :
Retired ONGC executives having minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in Hazira Plant, Uran Plant, or CPF Gandhar.
Retired professionals from other PSUs with at least 5 years of work experience in refineries or petrochemical plants.
Must have superannuated at E4 or E5 level.
Candidates retired at E6 level may apply; however, remuneration will be restricted to the E5 level.
The applicant should not exceed 63 years of age as on 15-03-2026 (closing date).
Age Criteria :
Maximum Age: 63 years as on 15 March 2026.
Honorarium & Payment Terms.
Monthly Honorarium: ₹66,000/-.
Communication Allowance: Up to ₹2,000/- per month.
Disbursement Pattern:
80% of the monthly honorarium along with communication reimbursement will be released every month.
The remaining 20% will be payable after performance evaluation at the conclusion of the engagement period.
Increment Provision:
A 5% annual increase on the honorarium component (excluding reimbursement) may be granted if the tenure is extended beyond one year.
