Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must be retired ONGC employees with relevant technical and field expertise.

Junior Consultant :
Retired from ONGC at E1–E3 level.
Background in Production / Drilling / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Work Over or Drilling operations.

Associate Consultant :
Retired from ONGC at E4–E6 level.
Same eligible technical disciplines as above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience.
Only experienced retired professionals from ONGC are eligible to apply.

Age Limit :
Maximum age: 63 years.
This limit applies uniformly to all consultant positions.

Salary Structure :
Junior Consultant ;
₹40,000 per month (1st year).
₹41,350 per month (2nd year).
Associate Consultant ;
₹66,000 per month (1st year).
₹68,000 per month (2nd year).
Remuneration is fixed and increases slightly with tenure.

Selection Process :
The selection will be completed in the following stages ;
Written Test.
Personal Interview / Interaction.
Preparation of Final Merit List.
Final appointment is based on overall evaluation and eligibility.
