Eligibility Criteria :
Head (Catering) :
Graduate in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
At least 7 years of overall experience in the service industry, with 2+ years in Food & Beverage services in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort.
Head (Housekeeping) :
Graduate in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 7 years of service industry experience, including 2+ years in Housekeeping Management in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort.
Head (Concierge & Guest Experience) :
Graduate in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
7 years of experience, with 2+ years in Front Desk, Event Management, Concierge, or Hotel Administration in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort.
Head (Horticulture) :
Graduate or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or Landscaping.
7 years of experience in service-related roles, including 2+ years in Gardening, Landscaping, or Landscape Designing.
Head (Training & Diving) :
Certified Diver from PADI or Trade Certificate from Indian Navy.
Minimum 1 year experience in HUET training or diving instruction.
Mandatory certifications: Offshore Medical Fitness, Diving Medical, HUET, Basic Lifeguard, Basic First Aid.
