OIL Consultant Recruitment 2026

Eligibility & Experience :
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University.
Retired official from Government, PSU, or Private Sector with 25 years of work experience, including 10+ years in land acquisition, revenue matters, and administrative liaison.
Must have retired at the level of General Manager (Grade G), Deputy Secretary, or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of Central, State, and Local land acquisition laws and revenue processes.
Strong communication skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi; knowledge of local languages/scripts is an advantage.
Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams with effective project management and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and willing to travel extensively in operational areas.
Familiarity with Company’s vision, goals, and structure is desirable.

Age Limit :
Maximum 63 years as on the last date of application.

Remuneration & Benefits :
Monthly Honorarium: ₹1,50,000 (inclusive of local conveyance, telephone, and internet).
Travel & Allowances: Boarding, lodging, and travel as per equivalent grade; domestic tours get a daily allowance of ₹2,000.
Leave: 20 days paid leave per year (pro-rata, non-cumulative, non-encashable).
Holidays & Work Timings: Company holidays applicable; may be required on off days/holidays in urgent situations.
Exclusivity: Engagement with other organizations is not permitted during the consultancy.
Taxes & GST: Applicable taxes borne by the individual; GST borne by the Company.
