PGT (Post Graduate Teacher): Applicants should possess either a two-year integrated postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) or a Master’s degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university with the same minimum marks requirement. Candidates must also hold a B.Ed. degree prescribed by NCTE from a recognized institution affiliated with a recognized university. The ability to teach in both Odia and English medium is required. Knowledge of computer applications will be considered desirable.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) along with a B.Ed. degree or a three-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. course recognized by NCTE and affiliated with a recognized university. Applicants should also be capable of teaching in both Odia and English medium. Basic knowledge of computer applications is preferred.
Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 18 Years.
Maximum Age: 65 Years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
Salary :
PGT (All Subjects) Normal : Rs. 25,000/-.
PGT (All Subjects) Hard / Very Hard : Rs. 30,000/-.
TGT (All Subjects) Normal : Rs. 20,000/-.
TGT (All Subjects) Hard / Very Hard : Rs. 25,000/-.
