Professional Engagement – Eligibility & Compensation Framework :

The organization seeks accomplished professionals with strong academic backgrounds and demonstrated expertise in public policy, governance, programme management, research, and strategic implementation. Engagement will be at various senior and mid-level positions, based on qualifications, experience, and age criteria as outlined below.

Educational Requirements :
Candidates must hold any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:
Master’s Degree in any discipline
MBBS
Degree in Engineering or Technology
Qualification through Sections A & B of the Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India)
Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Desirable Qualifications :
Doctoral or postgraduate qualifications in Law, Public Administration, Public Policy, or Governance will be given preference. Candidates graduating from institutions of national or international repute will be accorded due weightage.

Experience Profile :
Applicants should possess relevant post-qualification experience in:
Policy design and appraisal
Programme and project execution
Research and analytical functions
Monitoring and evaluation frameworks
For Ph.D. holders, up to three years spent in doctoral research may be considered toward experience, subject to non-duplication of work experience during the same period.

Lead: 35–50 years
Senior Specialist: 33–50 years
Specialist: 30–50 years
Senior Associate: 26–40 years
Associate: 26–35 years

Senior Lead: ₹3,30,000
Lead: ₹2,65,000
Senior Specialist: ₹2,20,000
Specialist: ₹1,45,000
Senior Associate: ₹1,25,000
Associate: ₹1,05,000
