Eligibility Requirements :
Applicants must hold an M.Sc., M.Tech, or an equivalent postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Marine Science (Biology), Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Zoology, Animal Science, Botany, Genetics, Environmental Science, or any closely related field. A minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale is required.
Candidates should have qualified GATE or possess a valid NET qualification from CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/ICAR (LS/JRF).
Age Criteria :
Upper Age Limit: 28 years.
Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as follows :
5 years for SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates.
3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
Fellowship / Stipend :
₹37,000 per month.
