Eligibility Criteria :

Sr. Consultant / Consultant (Administration / Establishment) :
For the post of Sr. Consultant, candidates should have retired at the level of Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent (Pay Level-12/13).
For the post of Consultant, applicants should have retired in Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or possess at least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in administrative or establishment-related functions.

Sr. Consultant / Consultant (Finance & Accounts) :
Same eligibility applies as above. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream along with 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, or related governmental financial operations.

Consultant (Stores & Procurement) :
Applicants should be retired in Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or have at least 10 years of relevant experience in stores, procurement, or inventory management.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and 10 years of relevant professional experience are required.

Consultant (Works Management / Estate Maintenance) :
Candidates should be retired in Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or have 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in public works or estate maintenance functions (State PWD experience will be an advantage).
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering along with 10 years of relevant experience.

Consultant (Legal) :
Candidates should be retired in Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or have at least 10 years of relevant legal experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) along with 10 years of professional experience is required.

Age Limit :
The upper age limit for all posts is 63 years.

Salary :
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- per month.

Selection Process :
The selection of candidates will be based on ;
