Eligibility Criteria :

Rehabilitation Officer:
Postgraduate degree in Social Work / Rehabilitation Work / Sociology / Psychology or equivalent from a recognized university, along with DVTE (MR) / DVR (MR) and 6 years of experience in vocational training and guidance.

Accounts Officer:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years of experience in finance/accounts-related posts such as Section Officer (Audit & Accounts), Junior Accounts Officer, or Civil Accounts Officer in Central Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs.

Driver:
10th pass (SSC or equivalent), valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license, basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and minimum 3 years of driving experience.

Catering Assistant:
Matriculation or equivalent qualification with 2 years of catering experience in government or reputed non-government establishments.

Deputy Director (Administration):
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Management / Public Administration / Arts / Science / Commerce with 10 years of experience in administration and personnel management.

Age Limit :
Age range varies from 30 to 56 years, depending on the post.
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories and eligible employees.

Pay Scale :
Rehabilitation Officer : Level-7 (7th CPC).
Accounts Officer : Level-7 (7th CPC).
Driver : Level-2 (7th CPC).
Catering Assistant : Level-2 (7th CPC).
Deputy Director (Administration) : Level-12 (Deputation) / ₹1,22,000 per month (Contract basis).

Selection Process :
Screening of applications by committee.
Written Test / Interview for Group A posts.
Merit-based selection for Group B & C posts (no interview).
