Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) :
Educational Qualification & Experience :
Applicants for the position of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) must hold a Postgraduate Degree, including Integrated PG degrees, in Life Sciences such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other allied branches of Biological Sciences from a recognized university.
Candidates with prior research exposure will be given preference, especially those who have:
Worked in a BSL-3 laboratory environment, particularly on Mycobacterium tuberculosis research projects.
Practical experience in cell culture techniques, animal handling and experimentation, immunological assays (ELISA/FACS), and molecular biology procedures.
Relevant laboratory expertise and hands-on research skills will be considered advantageous for selection.
Age Criteria :
The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years, subject to applicable institutional norms.
Remuneration :
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary of ₹56,000 along with 30% HRA, as admissible under project funding guidelines.
