Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline from an AICTE-approved university or institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Candidates holding AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with the required marks are also eligible.
Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering.
Electrical: Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Engineering.
Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical / Production / Thermal / Mechanical & Automation Engineering.
Application Fee:
OBC (NCL): ₹708 (including applicable taxes).
SC/ST/Women/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: No application fee.
Age Limit:
Maximum Age: 30 years.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – up to 10–15 years depending on category, J&K domicile – 5 years.
Salary / Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Trainee Engineers in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA) during the one-year training period. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Engineer/Officer in the same pay scale with one year probation. The approximate annual CTC is ₹15–16 lakhs, along with benefits such as DA, HRA, PRP, medical facilities, PF, pension, and gratuity as per company rules.
