Eligibility Criteria :
Manager (Finance & Accounts) :
Applicants must be a CA (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICMAI) or hold a 2-year full-time MBA in Finance from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institute. A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in finance, accounts, or internal audit is required, including senior-level experience in a prescribed pay scale.
Deputy Manager (Commercial) :
Candidates should possess a degree/diploma in Textile Technology/Engineering/Handloom Technology or qualifications in Textile Chemistry/Chemical Technology/M.Sc. in relevant chemistry fields.
Required experience ;
8 years for degree holders or 14 years for diploma holders in marketing/production or process house operations, including required experience in a higher pay scale.
Assistant Manager (Commercial) :
Applicants must have relevant qualifications in textile engineering/technology or textile chemistry-related fields.
Required experience ;
5 years (degree holders) or 9 years (diploma holders) in marketing/production or process house operations.
Senior Officer (Commercial) :
Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Textile Technology/Engineering or MBA (Marketing/Rural Management) or equivalent qualifications in textile chemistry-related disciplines.
Experience required ;
4–5 years of relevant industry experience in yarn marketing or production/process house operations.
Application Fee :
General / OBC / UR / EWS: ₹500.
SC / ST / PwD / Internal candidates: No fee.
Age Limit :
Manager: Up to 42 years.
Deputy Manager: Up to 40 years.
Assistant Manager: Up to 38 years.
Senior Officer: Up to 35 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.
Salary Details :
Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
Deputy Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000.
Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.
Senior Officer: ₹27,000 – ₹95,000.
Selection Process :
Written Examination.
Group Discussion.
Personal Interview.
