Essential Qualifications for Education :
full-time civil engineering degree, such as a B.Tech or B.E.
minimum of 60% from an NAAC-accredited or AICTE/UGC-recognized school.

A postgraduate degree in transportation, highways, structures, construction management, or soil mechanics is a desirable educational requirement.

Experience: At least 20 years working in government agencies, PSUs, autonomous bodies, or private organizations such as NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, BRO, state PWDs, or R&B departments after receiving a degree
Among 20 years: Construction, operations, maintenance, monitoring, and contract management of highways, roads, bridges, underpasses, and overpasses must be handled for at least nine years.
Preferred is familiarity with international standards and MoRTH/IRC standards.

Age Restrictions (as of the application reception deadline):
Non-government and general officials: no more than 55 years old
Government officials who are retired or superannuated: a maximum of 63 years (must have retired from Level-13 or Level-12 for 5 years).

Minimum CTC per year:
Non-government workers must have earned at least Rs. 18 lakhs in gross pay annually for at least the previous five years.
Government officials who have retired from Level-13 or who have worked at Level-12 for at least five years (CDA pay scale)
