Constant Grade-I (Admin) Eligibility Requirements: Master's degree in a related field OR two years of postgraduate diploma in human resource management, administration, or personnel management OR an MBA in personnel administration OR a postgraduate degree in public administration.
Experience: 3-8 years of work experience in a responsible role at a government office, public sector undertaking, university, statute body, or autonomous organization with an understanding of administration.
Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 45 years.
Age Relaxation for Ex-Govt. Servants: Upto 45 years.
Monthly Salary/Stipend: ₹1,00,000 for Constant Grade-I (Admin)
For former government employees: In accordance with current Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) norms.
