Eligibility :
Only currently serving government or equivalent officers are eligible, applied strictly on deputation/absorption basis.
Eligible categories include ;
Central Government employees.
State Government employees.
UT Administration staff.
Court and Tribunal employees.
Statutory body officers.
Private sector candidates are not eligible under any circumstance.

Conditions that disqualify applicants :
Applicants will not be considered if ;
They are not in regular government service.
They belong to feeder grade for direct promotion in the same post.
They exceed 56 years of age on the closing date.
They have pending vigilance, disciplinary, or criminal proceedings.
Their cadre authority does not approve deputation relief.
They do not meet skill requirements (especially stenography posts).

Educational and Service Requirements :

Legal & administrative posts :

For roles like Registrar, Court Officer, Legal Assistant :
Mandatory Law degree for most posts.
Experience in administrative, court, or establishment work preferred.

Technical role :

Programmer :
B.E / B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA (or equivalent qualification).
Experience not strictly specified but relevant technical background required.

Clerical and support roles :
Eligibility depends mainly on ;
Pay level in 7th CPC.
Minimum years of regular service.
Basic computer knowledge (where required).

Stenography posts :
Strict typing/shorthand standards ;
Private Secretary: 110 WPM dictation + 55 WPM transcription.
Stenographer Grade-I / PA: 100 WPM dictation + 50 WPM transcription.

Driver post :
Minimum 10th pass.
Valid driving licence for motor cars.
At least 3 years driving experience.
Knowledge of vehicle mechanics required.

Pay Level Structure :
Eligibility is determined by pay matrix level + service length.
Level 13–11: Senior registrar positions.
Level 9–8: Technical / officer level posts.
Level 7–6: Assistant, stenographer, legal support roles.
Level 4–2: Clerical, record, driver roles.
Higher pay level generally means higher responsibility and stricter eligibility.

Age Limit :
Maximum age allowed is ;
56 years as on the closing date of application.
No relaxation is mentioned.

Selection Method :
Selection is non-examination based.
It involves ;
Screening of service records.
Evaluation of APAR/ACR performance (last 5 years).
Assessment of experience and suitability by a selection committee.
Final decision based on overall merit and requirement.
