Eligibility:
Scientist B (Planetary Geology/Palaeomagnetism): Master’s in Geology (≥60%), Ph.D. desirable.
Scientist B (Mineralogy/Petrology/Critical Minerals): Master’s in Geology (≥60%), Ph.D. preferred.
Scientist B (Geophysics): Master’s in Geophysics (≥60%), Ph.D. desirable.
Scientist D (Geology/Marine Geology): Master’s in Geology/Marine Geology (≥60%) with 7 years’ R&D experience; Ph.D. desirable.
General:
Must be Indian citizen with valid email and mobile.
Government employees must provide NOC.
Age Limit:
Scientist B (Post Codes 01 & 02): 35 years.
Scientist B (Post Code 03): 38 years.
Scientist D (Post Code 04): 50 years.
Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Government employees.
Salary & Benefits:
Scientist B: Level 10 of 7th CPC + allowances.
Scientist D: Level 12 of 7th CPC + allowances.
