NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification :

ETL Designer :
Candidates applying for the ETL Designer post should meet the following educational and professional requirements :
Must possess B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized university or institution.
Should have a minimum of 7 years of overall IT industry experience.
Must possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL mapping, ETL architecture, data integration, and enterprise data warehouse implementation.
Experience with modern ETL tools, SQL programming, database optimization, and data migration projects will be preferred.

Senior Data Scientist :
Applicants should satisfy the following eligibility conditions :
Must possess B.E./B.Tech with at least 60% marks, or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or MCA.
Should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as a Data Scientist or in a closely related field.
Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, statistical modelling, and enterprise analytics projects is desirable.
Candidates should have strong programming skills and practical exposure to Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and machine learning frameworks.

Data Scientist :

The prescribed age limit differs for each Specialist post based on the level of expertise required.
ETL Designer: Minimum 30 years and Maximum 40 years.
Senior Data Scientist: Minimum 28 years and Maximum 45 years.
Data Scientist: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 40 years.
Document Designer: Minimum 28 years and Maximum 40 years.
AI Engineer: Minimum 26 years and Maximum 40 years.

NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 Salary Details :
NABARD offers one of the most attractive compensation packages among public sector contractual technology recruitments in India.

The annual consolidated remuneration is as follows :
ETL Designer: ₹24 lakh to ₹32 lakh per annum.
Senior Data Scientist: ₹24 lakh to ₹42 lakh per annum.
Data Scientist: ₹18 lakh to ₹30 lakh per annum.
Document Designer: ₹12 lakh to ₹24 lakh per annum.
AI Engineer: ₹24 lakh to ₹45 lakh per annum.

Apart from the annual consolidated remuneration, selected candidates will also be eligible for:
Travelling Allowance (TA) and Halting Allowance for official duties.
Up to 30 days of leave in a calendar year.
Residential accommodation, subject to availability, or 10% House Rent Allowance (HRA) if accommodation is not provided.
Medical facilities for self at NABARD dispensaries.
However, as these are contractual appointments, benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Pension, Gratuity, and other superannuation benefits will not be applicable.
