NAeL Recruitment 2026 Notification :
Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) has officially released the NAeL Recruitment 2026 Notification under Advertisement No. NAeL/Rectt./26/02.
The recruitment drive aims to fill 28 Non-Executive vacancies on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis for a period of 4 years.

NAeL Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details :
NAeL has announced a total of 28 vacancies under various Non-Executive posts.
Vacancies are distributed between Operator SS and Junior Assistant positions.
Category-wise reservations have been provided for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and UR candidates.

NAeL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification relevant to the post they are applying for.
Operator SS posts require a 2-year Regular Full-Time ITI (NTC) in the respective trade after passing the 10th Standard.
Junior Assistant posts require a full-time Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Computer proficiency, typing, or stenography certificates are mandatory wherever specified.
Only Regular Full-Time qualifications are accepted.
Qualifications obtained through distance learning, correspondence, private mode, part-time, or online education are not eligible.
All required qualifications must be completed on or before 31 May 2026.
Candidates possessing qualifications higher than the prescribed eligibility are not eligible for these posts.
Relevant post-qualification work experience is desirable for Junior Assistant positions.

NAeL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Age Limit :
The maximum age for UR/EWS candidates is 28 years as on 31 May 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, J&K Domicile, and other eligible categories as per Government rules.
Additional age relaxation is available for candidates possessing relevant post-qualification experience.
The maximum permissible age after all applicable relaxations shall not exceed the limit prescribed in the notification.

NAeL Recruitment 2026 Application Fee :
Candidates belonging to UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹200.
Applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be extra.
SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Apprentices of NAeL/HAL, and candidates sponsored through the Employment Exchange or Sainik Board are exempted from paying the application fee.
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

NAeL Recruitment 2026 Salary Details :
Operator SS :
Selected candidates will be placed under WG-D Pay Scale.
Approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) is ₹4.56 lakh.
Salary includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), EPF contribution, and Medical Allowance.
Annual increment is applicable after successful completion of one year.
Junior Assistant :
Junior Assistants will be placed under WG-E Pay Scale.
Approximate annual CTC is ₹4.96 lakh.
Employees will receive Basic Pay, DA, HRA, EPF benefits, and Medical Allowance.
Annual increment is applicable as per company rules.
