Education Qualifications :

General Requirements (All Posts) :
Matriculation (SSC) passed with Marathi as a subject.
Maharashtra domicile (Domicile Certificate mandatory).
Age calculated as on 01 June 2026.

Trainee Junior Officer (49 Posts) :
Education: Graduate (any discipline) with ≥50% marks.
Preferred: Law degree, JAIIB/CAIIB/MSCIT certification, or Treasury/International Banking experience.
Experience: 2+ years in banking (Urban/DCC Bank, Officer cadre).
Age: 23–35 years (born not before 01 June 1991).

Trainee Associate (81 Posts) :
Education: Graduate (any discipline) with ≥50% marks.
Preferred: Government Commercial Certificate in Marathi/English typing; computer proficiency required.
Experience: Not mandatory. Preferred: Co-operative Intern experience (StCB/DCC Banks).
Age: 21–32 years (born not before 01 June 1994).

Trainee Typist – Associate Grade (04 Posts) :
Education: Graduate (any discipline) with Marathi in SSC.
Required: Government Commercial Certificate (30 w.p.m. Marathi, 40 w.p.m. English typing).
Required: Word Processing & Spreadsheet proficiency.
Experience: Not mandatory. Preferred: DTP Operator experience; Marathi/English stenography course holders.
Age: 21–28 years (born not before 01 June 1998).

Trainee Driver (05 Posts) :
Education: SSC passed with Marathi; valid LMV licence.
Experience: Not mandatory.
Age: 18–30 years (born not before 01 June 1996).
Special: MSC Bank employees' children get 5 years age relaxation.

Uniform fee for all categories (no SC/ST/OBC waiver).

Salary & Stipend :
All candidates are Trainees for 12 months (monthly stipend). After training: regular grade with revised emoluments. Then 6 months probation before permanent absorption.
Trainee Junior Officer Stipend : Training - Rs. 30,000/-/mo, Emoluments (After Training) - Rs. 52,100/-/mo.
Trainee Associate Stipend : Training - Rs. 25,000/-/mo, Emoluments (After Training) - Rs. 34,400/-/mo.
Trainee Typist Stipend : Training - Rs. 25,000/-/mo, Emoluments (After Training) - Rs. 34,400/- + Rs. 650/- allowance.
Trainee Driver Stipend : Training - Rs. 22,000/-/mo, Emoluments (After Training) - Rs. 27,700/-/mo.

Selection Process :
All posts: IBPS online written exam + post-specific stage.
Qualifying marks ;
Officer/Associate: 50% (100/200).
Driver: 50% (60/120).
Trainee Junior Officer :
IBPS Exam (160 Q, 200 Marks, 120 min, English only; negative marking applies)
Interview by MSC Bank.
Final merit: Exam + Interview.
Trainee Associate :
IBPS Exam (160 Q, 200 Marks, 120 min).
Interview by MSC Bank.
Trainee Typist :
Phase I: IBPS Exam.
Phase II: Typing Skill Test (for those with 100+ marks).
Final merit: Skill Test only.
Trainee Driver :
IBPS Test (120 Q, 120 Marks, 90 min; bilingual except English).
Interview/Driving Test by MSC Bank.

Exam Centres :
Written test: Maharashtra (no centre change allowed).
Interview/Skill Test: Mumbai.
Centres: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nanded, Kolhapur.

Service Bond :
Undertaking on Rs. 500/- stamp paper: 4 years minimum service.
Default/resignation/termination before 4 years ;
Pay Rs. 10,00,000/- liquidated damages.
Execute Rs. 1,00,000/- surety bond from two income tax payees.

Mistakes to Avoid :
Multiple applications : Only latest retained; earlier fees lost.
Wrong photo format : Rejection (must be passport-style, colour).
Signature in CAPITALS : Rejected (use normal cursive, black ink).
Missing Domicile Certificate : Only Maharashtra residents eligible.
No Marathi in SSC : All posts require Marathi in Matriculation.
Back/Refresh during payment : May cause double charge.
Blurred thumb impression : Invalidates application.
No e-Receipt saved : Transaction may have failed; repeat payment.
