Eligibility :

Blood Bank Counsellor :
Qualification:
Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or Human Development.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience after completion of the essential qualification.
Preferred Skills:
Basic computer knowledge with working proficiency in MS Office.
Monthly Remuneration:
₹21,000 (consolidated).

Blood Bank Lab Technician :
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). Candidates must have completed 10+2 prior to obtaining the diploma/degree. Registration with the appropriate Para-Medical Council is required, wherever applicable.
Experience:
Degree holders: Minimum 2 years’ experience, including at least 6 months in blood banking.
Diploma holders: Minimum 3 years’ experience, including at least 1 year in blood banking.
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualification and proficiency in MS Office.
Monthly Remuneration:
₹25,000 (consolidated).

Terms & Conditions :
Engagement will be purely on a contract basis.
Initial appointment will be for 3 months on probation, with extension subject to satisfactory performance.
No additional allowances such as TA, DA, or HRA will be provided.

Age Criteria (as on 26-02-2026) :
Maximum age: 60 years as on the date of advertisement.
Contractual service may continue up to 62 years, based on performance and institutional requirements.
