Mormugao Port Authority – Secretary (HOD) Recruitment 2026 :
Mormugao Port Authority invites applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the post of Secretary (Head of Department).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in an executive cadre in areas such as General Administration, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or allied functions within an Industrial, Commercial, or Government organization.
Desirable Qualification:
Postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labour Welfare, or a Degree in Law from a recognized institution will be preferred.
Age Limit :
Maximum 45 years as per recruitment norms.
Pay Scale & Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (Revised)
Upgradation to ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 after three years of regular service, subject to eligibility
Additional allowances and benefits as per Authority rules and Government guidelines
