Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must meet the following educational and professional requirements to be eligible for the post ;
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Must be a registered and practicing Advocate.
Minimum 5 years of advocacy experience before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal or High Court.
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is mandatory.

No application fee is required for SC / ST candidates.
Age Limit :
Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age criteria ;
Upper age limit: 45 years.
Relaxation in age limit :
Will be provided as per applicable government regulations.
Salary Details :
The selected candidate will be entitled to ;
Fixed monthly remuneration of ₹70,000.
Additional amount of ₹8,000 towards telephone, travel, stationery, and xerox-related expenses.
