Eligibility Details :
Serving officers from the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organizations, or R&D institutions are eligible for consideration.
Candidates should either be holding a similar/analogous post on a regular basis, or have rendered a minimum of five years of regular service as Deputy Secretary or in an equivalent grade in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix.
