Eligibility Conditions and Professional Requirements :

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must possess full-time qualifications from recognized Universities or Institutions relevant to the post concerned.
General Manager (Civil) : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
General Manager (Buildings & Maintenance) : B.E. Civil Engineering; PG/M.Tech in Construction Management preferred.
DGM (Civil/Buildings) : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

DGM (MEP/Building Services) : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

DGM/AGM (Accounts) & Manager (Finance) : B.Com with CA/Cost Accountant qualification.

AGM (Structure) : Civil Engineering degree with M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

AGM (Geotech) : M.E./M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering or Soil Mechanics.

AGM (Town Planning) : PG Degree in Planning / Architecture / Infrastructure Planning.

AGM (PST) / Deputy Engineer (PST) : Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Assistant Manager (Architect) : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Assistant Manager (AFC/O&M) : Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / E&TC.

Assistant Manager (IT) : B.E. (IT/CSE) or MCA with minimum 60% marks.

Systems Analyst / Junior Engineer-I : Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / E&TC or B.Sc. IT.

Draftsman (Civil/Architectural) : Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Junior Engineer-II (S&T) : Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

Assistant (IT) : Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, E&TC, BCA, or B.Sc. IT.

Experience Criteria :
Candidates must possess relevant post-qualification experience in Government, PSU, or Private sector organizations depending on the post level.
General Manager (E8) : 18 years (Govt./PSU) or 20 years in Private Sector.
Deputy General Manager (E5) : 12 years (Govt./PSU) or 14 years in Private Sector.
AGM / Manager (E3–E4) : 9 years (Govt./PSU) or 11 years Private Sector experience.
Deputy Engineer / Assistant Manager (E2) : 5 years (Govt./PSU) or 7 years Private Sector experience.
Systems Analyst / Junior Engineer-I (W7) : 5 years (Govt./PSU) or 7 years Private Sector experience.
Draftsman / Junior Engineer-II (W6) : 6 years (Degree holders) / 8 years (Diploma holders).
Assistant IT (W5) : 2 years (Degree holders) / 4 years (Diploma holders).
Private sector candidates must satisfy the prescribed annual CTC requirements mentioned in the official notification.

Age Eligibility :
The upper age limit differs according to the post and grade category.
General Manager (E8) : 53 Years.
Deputy General Manager / AGM / Manager (E3–E5) : 40 Years (DGM/AGM), 35 Years (Manager E3).
Deputy Engineer / Assistant Manager (E2) : 35 Years.
Systems Analyst / Junior Engineer-I (W7) : 40 Years.
Draftsman / Junior Engineer-II / Assistant (W5–W6) : 35 Years.

Applicable Relaxation :
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per Government norms ;
SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years.
Persons with Disabilities (PWD): Up to 10 Years.
Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years.
Additional relaxation may also be granted to internal candidates and applicants applying on deputation basis.
