Eligibility :
Must be a citizen of India.
Must be a permanent resident of Manipur.
Should be able to speak ;
Manipuri, or
Any notified Scheduled Tribe dialect of Manipur.
Must be sponsored by the concerned Employment Exchange.
The appointment is purely contractual.
The contract is valid till the end of the financial year and may be extended based on departmental requirements.

Post-Wise Qualification, Age Limit & Pay :

Assistant Agriculture Officer/Equivalent :
Age Limit: 21 to 38 years (as on 10 June 2026).
Monthly Salary: ₹17,700/-.
Qualification : B.Sc in Agriculture/Horticulture from a recognized University, or Equivalent qualification.

Field Assistant/Equivalent :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹9,950/-.
Qualification : PU Science or equivalent from a recognized University.

LDC/Office Assistant-cum-Computer Operator (OACCO) :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹10,850/-.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
Must possess a CCC certificate covering DOS, Windows, MS Office, Multimedia and Internet from a recognized institute.

Fieldman :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification : Class X/HSLC or equivalent.

Mali :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification: Class X/HSLC or equivalent.

Peon :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification: Class X/HSLC or equivalent.

Peon-cum-Chowkidar :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification: Class X/HSLC or equivalent.

Chowkidar :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification: Class X/HSLC or equivalent.

Lab Attendant :
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years.
Monthly Salary: ₹7,400/-.
Qualification: Class X/HSLC or equivalent.
Note:
Remuneration is fixed at 50% of the 1st Cell of the applicable Pay Matrix Level under RoP-2019 as per FD/PIC norms.

Age Relaxation Rules :
Government servants of Manipur are eligible for age relaxation equal to their continuous service period.
SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5 years.
OBC candidates get a relaxation of 3 years.
Reserved category relaxation is in addition to the relaxation available to serving government employees.
A one-time age relaxation of 2 years is available for candidates exceeding the prescribed upper age limit.

How Selection Works :
Group B - Assistant Agriculture Officer/Equivalent :
Selection consists of ;
Written Examination.
Viva Voce (Interview).
Written test will be conducted in MCQ format.
Group C - Field Assistant/Equivalent & LDC/OACCO :
Selection is based only on a Written Examination.
The test will be objective in nature.

Important Instructions :
Candidates can apply for ;
One post in Group B,
One post in Group C, and
One post in Group D.
Separate application forms and fees are required for each post.

Download the prescribed application form for the desired post.
Fill in the application form carefully.
Attach all required self-attested or duly attested documents.
Pay the prescribed application fee according to your category.
PwD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Candidates applying for multiple posts must ;
Submit separate application forms, and
Pay the fee separately for each post.
Only one post can be applied for within each Group (B, C and D).
Submit the application online within the application period.
After Submission ;
Keep the acknowledgment receipt safely.
Admit Cards will be issued later with examination details.
