Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must meet the following requirements ;

Chief Engineer (Transmission) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the Power Sector.
Relevant experience in Power Transmission in senior positions, including ;
At least 5 years in Executive Engineer level or above (with minimum 1 year as Superintending Engineer), OR
At least 3 years in the post of Superintending Engineer.

Superintending Engineer (Transmission) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the Power Sector.
Experience must include Power Transmission work in roles such as Executive Engineer / Additional Executive Engineer
OR at least 2 years of experience as Executive Engineer.

Application Fee :
Open Category: ₹800.
Reserved Category (against reserved posts): ₹400.

Age Limit :
Chief Engineer (Transmission): Maximum 50 years.
Relaxation: 55 years for Reserved Category, 57 years for Departmental Candidates.
Superintending Engineer (Transmission): Maximum 50 years.
Relaxation: 55 years for Reserved Category, 57 years for Departmental Candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale :
Chief Engineer (Transmission): ₹1,40,655 – ₹2,72,215 (Approx. gross ₹3,08,261/-).
Superintending Engineer (Transmission): ₹1,09,935 – ₹2,43,780 (Approx. gross ₹2,40,123/-).

Selection Process :
Selection will be based on ;
Competency Mapping Test (Case Study, In-Basket Exercise, Group Discussion, Presentation Skills).
Personal Interview.
