Coal India Limited (CIL) has announced recruitment for multiple Technical & Supervisory and Clerical positions under NCWA-XI. Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess the required Diploma/Degree qualifications from recognized institutes along with valid competency certificates issued by DGMS wherever applicable. Certain posts also require mandatory First Aid and Gas Testing Certificates.
Mining-related posts require valid Unrestricted Certificates of Competency for both Open Cast (OC) and Underground (UG) Mines.
Translator post requires a Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English (Hindi Translation Diploma preferred).
Technician (Pathology) requires a Government-recognized Diploma in Pathology.
Salary Structure (NCWA-XI Pay Scale) :
Junior Overman / Mining Sirdar / Technician (Pathology): ₹47,330.25 per month + allowances.
Surveyor: ₹51,103.12 per month + allowances.
Translator (OL): ₹41,966.51 per month + allowances.
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances and fringe benefits as per company rules and the National Coal Wage Agreement-XI.
Age Limit (As on 06 April 2026) :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 30 years (UR/EWS).
Maximum age cap (except departmental candidates): 56 years.
Age Relaxation :
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years.
SC/ST: 5 years.
Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years.
PwBD (for Translator & Technician only): Up to 15 years depending on category.
Departmental candidates of CIL & subsidiaries: No upper age limit.
Application Fee :
UR / OBC / EWS: ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + ₹180 GST).
SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / Female candidates / CIL employees: Exempted.
