KRCL Trainee Apprentices Recruitment 2026 :
Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Trainee Apprentices under various categories. Interested applicants must carefully review the eligibility conditions before applying.

Educational Qualification :
(Candidates who passed between 2021 and 2025 are eligible)

Category I – Graduate Apprentices (Engineering) :
Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree from an AICTE-recognized university in:
Civil / Electrical (including sub-streams) / Electronics (including sub-streams) / Mechanical (including sub-streams).

Category II – Technician (Diploma) Apprentices :
Candidates should possess a Diploma from a recognized board or university in:
Civil / Electrical (including sub-streams) / Electronics (including sub-streams) / Mechanical (including sub-streams).

Category III – Graduate Apprentices (General Stream) :
Applicants must have completed BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BMS, BJMC, or BBS from a UGC-recognized university.

Note: Higher qualifications will not carry additional weightage.

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026) :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 25 years.

Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years.
OBC-NCL: 3 years.
(Relaxation subject to submission of valid certificates at the time of document verification.)

Additional Eligibility Conditions :
A valid and approved NATS ID is mandatory (candidates must register on the NATS portal).
Applicants should not have previously undergone or be currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act.
A Physical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Doctor (minimum rank: Assistant Surgeon) in the prescribed format is required. Final medical fitness will be assessed by KRCL authorities.
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

SC / ST / Female / Minorities / EWS Candidates: No Fee.
All Other Candidates: ₹100 .
