Education Qualification :
Each post has distinct eligibility standards based on educational background and professional exposure ;

Assistant Manager (P.V.) : B.V.Sc. degree from a recognized university along with proficiency in computer office applications.

Accountant : Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business-related fields with additional qualification in materials management/MBA and relevant industry experience; computer knowledge is mandatory.

Technical Officer (Q.T.) : Engineering degree in Quality Technology with minimum industry experience in dairy/hotel sector and computer proficiency.

Senior Chemist : Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Microbiology with laboratory exposure in food/dairy industry and relevant work experience.

Junior Technician (Various Trades) : Diploma/ITI in respective trade with required hands-on industrial experience and basic computer knowledge.

Superintendent (Grade-3) : Any graduate degree with basic computer skills.

Welfare Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Market Assistant (Grade-3) : Commerce or Management-related degrees with knowledge of computer applications and accounting tools like Tally.

Junior Technician (Fitter/Electrical/Boiler) : ITI certification with apprenticeship completion and relevant industrial experience.

Age Limit & Eligibility Conditions :
Age eligibility is determined according to government reservation norms and service rules. Candidates must fall within the prescribed age range as on the cut-off date.
Different categories are eligible for varied upper age relaxations as per regulations. Additional relaxations apply for ex-servicemen, widows, and candidates belonging to specified regional reservation categories.
Applicants must ensure they meet both the minimum and maximum age requirements applicable to their category and post.

Selection Methodology :
The recruitment process consists of multiple evaluation stages designed to assess merit and suitability ;
Application Screening: Initial verification based on submitted qualifications and experience details.
Written Examination: A structured test covering language skills, general awareness, cooperative sector knowledge, constitution, and subject-specific topics.
Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the written test are called for interview based on merit ratio.
Final Merit List: Prepared using combined scores from written examination and interview performance.
