Eligibility Criteria :
Only candidates who are currently working under NHM (OSH & FW Society) are eligible to participate.
Applicants must be serving in the same post for which they are applying.
Candidates should be posted in districts other than Kalahandi.
A NOC-cum-Continuation Certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory.
Candidates must possess a valid contract, and the latest contract renewal order should be attached with the application.
Applicants who were previously disengaged from ZSS/OSH & FW Society due to ;
Poor performance,
Misbehaviour,
Disobedience, or
Criminal activities,
are not eligible.
Candidates must furnish category details (SC/ST/SEBC/UR) and domicile information in the application form.

Self-attested copy of any valid identity proof ;

Self-attested copies of all educational certificates and mark sheets.
HSC or equivalent certificate as proof of age.
NOC-cum-Continuation Certificate from the concerned CDM & PHO.

Nature of Engagement & Terms :
All posts are purely temporary and contractual.
Engagement is co-terminus with the scheme.
Initial contract period will be 11 months.
Contract may be extended based on ;
Performance,
Requirement of the scheme,
Availability of funds.
Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
Selection will be carried out as per NHM Odisha guidelines and applicable office orders.

Selection Process :
Stage 1: Walk-in & Document Verification ;
Eligible candidates must attend the Walk-in on the allotted date.
Venue ;
Video Conference Hall.
O/o CDM & PHO, Kalahandi.
Candidates must submit the application form along with all supporting documents.
Documents will be verified on the spot.
Stage 2: Incumbency-Based Assessment ;
Selection will be based on ;
Length of uninterrupted service in the same post,
Current and previous place of posting,
Overall incumbency under the society.
Written Examination ;
There will be no written examination.

Do not possess ;
NOC-cum-Continuation Certificate,
Valid contract,
Latest contract renewal order.
