Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in Physics or Chemistry. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfillment of other requirements. A minimum of two research publications indexed in SCI journals is mandatory.

Desirable Expertise :
Candidates with the following research experience will be given preference ;
Synthesis and characterization of halide perovskite-based materials for advanced applications.
Studies on temperature-dependent dielectric, ferroelectric, and electrical transport properties.
Raman spectroscopy, microscopy techniques, and group theoretical analysis.
Computational expertise in DFT and finite element methods.
Strong background in optoelectronics and materials science research.

Age Limit :
The upper age limit is 35 years.

Salary :
Selected candidates will receive a fellowship of ₹58,000 per month plus 27% HRA.
