Eligibility Criteria :

Academic Lead :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian university.
Candidates should have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Personality Test (Interview).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in mentoring Civil Services aspirants.

Coordinator :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant/allied subject from a recognized university.
Candidates should have appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination or State PSC Main Examination.
Administrative experience in UPSC coaching institutes will be preferred.

Application Fee :
General/OBC candidates: ₹300.

Salary :
Pay range: ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per month.

Selection Process :
Screening of applications.
Interview of shortlisted candidates.
