JK Bank Zonal Security Officer Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification :
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute. Preference may be given to candidates with relevant background or experience.

Service Background & Experience :
Candidates should have retired or served at the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or an equivalent position in the Police, Army, or Paramilitary forces. A minimum of three years of service at the rank of DSP or its equivalent is essential. The applicant must have an outstanding and unblemished service record.

Age Criteria :
The candidate should not be more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2026.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Security Policy Execution:
Ensure effective implementation and regular review of the Bank’s security policy across all branches and offices.

Security Strategy & Compliance:
Develop and execute security plans in line with instructions issued by the Government of India, the Reserve Bank of India, and the Indian Banks Association.

Supervision of Security Personnel:
Oversee deployment, discipline, and training of security staff to maintain high operational standards.

Coordination with Authorities:
Maintain active liaison with Police departments, Fire Services, and other local government authorities to strengthen security arrangements.

Advisory Support:
Provide professional recommendations and security-related inputs to the Central Security Department for improving overall safety systems.

Other Assigned Duties:
Carry out additional tasks related to security operations as directed by the Bank management.
