Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must meet the minimum educational qualification and skill requirements prescribed for each post.

Common Requirements (All Posts) :
Must be an Indian citizen.
Passed +3 or equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Computer Application.
Knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking Odia (M.E. standard or equivalent).
Good moral character and sound physical fitness.
Must not have more than one living spouse (if married).
Registration with Employment Exchange is mandatory.

Junior Typist (Additional Skill) :
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in English.

Stenographer Grade-III (Additional Skills) :
Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.

Age Limit :
Minimum age: 18 years.
Maximum age: 42 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories including SC/ST/SEBC, Women, PwD, Sports persons, and Ex-servicemen.

Salary Details :
Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-4).
Junior Typist: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-4).
Stenographer Grade-III: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-7).

Selection Process :
The selection process will consist of multiple stages depending on the post ;
Written Examination.
Computer Practical Test.
Typewriting Test (for Junior Typist).
Shorthand & Typewriting Test (for Stenographer Grade-III).
Viva-Voce (Interview).
