The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), functioning under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Department of Space, Government of India, has released the VSSC Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 Notification for engagement of Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice trainees.
As per the official notification No. VSSC/R&R/9.2/WII-01/2026 dated 17 July 2026, a total of 460 apprenticeship vacancies have been announced.
The recruitment includes 273 Graduate Apprentice posts and 187 Technician Apprentice posts in engineering, non-engineering, hotel management, and commercial practice disciplines.
Candidates are not required to submit any online application for this recruitment.
Selection will be conducted through a single-day walk-in selection drive scheduled on 25 July 2026 at Karthika Thirunal Government V&HSS for Girls, Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Candidates must satisfy all educational qualifications and eligibility conditions prescribed in the official notification.

Graduate Apprentice Eligibility :
Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA.
First Class Degree in Hotel Management/Catering Technology with at least 60% marks.
General Stream candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 60% marks or 6.32 CGPA.
Non-engineering graduates will receive training in Administration, Finance, Purchase, and related departments.

Technician Apprentice Eligibility :
Three-year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized State Board.
Diploma holders in Commercial Practice must possess at least 6.32 CGPA.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
Candidates must have completed their qualification within the last five years.
