Nationality :
The applicant must be an Indian citizen or satisfy the eligibility conditions laid down in the official notification.
Educational Background :
A full-time Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is mandatory, with at least 55% marks.
Preferred Qualifications :
Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, or PGDBA in Finance.
Master’s degree in fields like Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Econometrics.
Additional certifications in Data Analytics or Data Governance are desirable.
Professional Certifications (Advantageous).
CAIIB, CISI, CBCP.
FRM / PRM.
CAMS, CIA.
Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or similar credentials.
Experience Requirement (as on 01-04-2026) :
Minimum 18 years of professional experience in Banking or Financial Services.
At least 10 years of experience in operational or business process roles.
In the last 5 years, the candidate must have worked for at least 2 years in a senior position not more than two levels below MD & CEO in a Public or Private Sector Bank or Financial Institution.

Selection Procedure :
The recruitment process includes ;
Initial Shortlisting based on eligibility, qualifications, and experience.
Psychometric Assessment (scored out of 100).
Personal Interview (100 marks).
Final Selection Criteria.
Psychometric Test: 25% weightage.
Interview: 75% weightage.
Final merit will be prepared, and the top 3 candidates will be considered for final selection and salary negotiation.
