Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Mathematics and Physics from a recognized education board with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Alternatively, candidates who have completed a 3-year diploma in Engineering in relevant branches such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology with at least 50% marks are also eligible. Those who have passed a 2-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics as non-vocational subjects with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board may also apply.
Application Fee:
All applicants are required to pay an application fee of ₹550 plus 18% GST.
Age Limit:
Batch 01/2027: Candidates must be born between 01 December 2004 and 31 May 2009.
Batch 02/2027: Candidates must be born between 01 May 2005 and 31 October 2009.
Salary / Stipend:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly package starting from ₹30,000 in the first year, which will increase each year up to ₹40,000 in the fourth year. A portion of the salary will be deposited in the Agniveer Corpus Fund, with an equal contribution from the Government of India. Upon completion of the four-year service period, the accumulated Seva Nidhi amount will be paid to the Agniveer. In addition, candidates will receive risk and hardship allowance, dress allowance, and travel allowance as per Indian Navy rules.
