Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess the required academic qualifications relevant to the respective Young Professional positions across different directorates. All qualifications must be from recognized institutions, and the specialization should align with the technical, managerial, legal, or policy-oriented requirements of the post.
Each role demands domain-specific educational background in engineering, science, management, law, or allied fields as applicable.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Technical Directorate (Downstream) : Postgraduate degree in Science or Engineering disciplines.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Technical Directorate (Upstream) : BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, ECE, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related engineering branches.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Promotion Directorate (International Outreach) : Master’s degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or MBA with specialization in International Business.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Promotion Directorate (Academia Outreach) : B.Tech or M.Tech in Aerospace, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – PMA Directorate (Program Management) : BE/B.Tech or equivalent in relevant engineering streams including ECE, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace, or allied fields.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – PMA Directorate (Authorization) : BE/B.Tech or equivalent in the same relevant engineering disciplines.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Decadal Vision Implementation (A) : Full-time Bachelor’s degree (3/4 years) in Engineering, Science, or Economics.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Decadal Vision Implementation (B) : Full-time Postgraduate degree (2 years) in Engineering, Science, or Economics with relevant graduation background.

Young Professional (Grade I/II) – Legal Directorate : Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized university.

Application Fee :
No application fee is required for any category. Eligible candidates may submit their applications without any payment.

Age Limit :
The upper age limit for all posts is 30 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved and eligible categories.

Salary / Stipend :
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹90,000, depending on the assigned role, responsibilities, and organizational requirements.

Selection Process :
The selection procedure will involve ;
Application Screening based on eligibility and academic qualifications.
Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates to evaluate domain knowledge and suitability.
Final selection will be based on overall performance in the interview process.
