Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must possess relevant academic qualifications along with strong domain expertise and, where applicable, project or industry experience.

Scientific & Technical Roles :

Visiting Professor / Engineer / Scientist :
Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Photonics, Quantum Technologies, or related disciplines. Candidates with a Master’s degree and exceptional research or industry background may also be considered. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience is required.

Organic Synthetic Chemist / Organic Gel Scientist :
Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D.) in Organic or Synthetic Organic Chemistry with at least one peer-reviewed publication and hands-on experience in synthesis-based projects.

Product Development Manager (Scientific Product Design) :
Qualification in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or allied fields with experience in executing at least one full product development cycle from concept to prototype stage.

Optical Laser Circuit Design Specialist :
Background in Photonics, Optics, Applied Physics, or Electrical Engineering with proven experience in optical circuit or laser system design.

Photonics Device / Quantum Optical Systems Specialist :
Qualification in Photonics, Optics, Applied Physics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with experience in photonic devices, optical sensing systems, or quantum optics applications.

PCB / Microwave / Antenna Engineer :
Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or RF Engineering with experience in designing, fabricating, and testing PCB-based systems.

FPGA Systems & Instrumentation Engineer :
Qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Embedded Systems with hands-on experience in FPGA-based hardware development.

Embedded Systems / Wireless Electromagnetics Engineer :
Background in Electronics or Embedded Systems with experience in device programming, sensor interfacing, and wireless communication systems.

AI/LLM Hardware Integration Engineer :
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or Computer Engineering with demonstrated experience in deploying or integrating local/private LLM systems.

Leadership & Administrative Roles :

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) :

Engineering or Science/Management qualification with 8–10 years of experience in leadership roles within technology or innovation-driven organizations.

Manager cum Accountant (Project Manager) :
Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Professional qualifications such as CA/CMA are preferred. Requires 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Project Manager :
Graduate in any discipline with 3–7 years of experience in coordination, administration, or project support roles.

Project Office Assistant :
Graduate in B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., or equivalent with 0–3 years of experience in office assistance or clerical work.

Salary Structure :
Visiting Professor / Scientist / Engineer : ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000.
Core Technical Research Roles : ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,70,000.
CEO : ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,50,000.
Manager cum Accountant : ₹70,000 – ₹80,000.
Assistant Project Manager : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000.
Project Office Assistant : ₹10,000 – ₹30,000.

Selection Methodology :
