Interview Date : 15/06/2026 (Monday), 10:00 AM onwards.

Eligibility :
Eligibility requirements differ across positions, ranging from highly experienced research professionals to entry-level technical support staff. Candidates must carefully ensure that they meet the exact qualification and experience criteria prescribed for the specific post. Nationality Requirement :
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. Applicants must also fulfil all educational qualifications and professional experience conditions specified for the respective post.

Education Qualification & Experience Requirements :
Each role requires a distinct academic background along with relevant industry or research experience ;

Principal Scientist :
Applicants must have ;
PhD in Engineering with 6 years of relevant industrial experience, OR
M.Tech/M.E. with 9 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience.

Senior Project Engineer :
Candidates should possess ;
PhD with 3 years of experience, OR
M.Tech/M.E. with 7 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience.

Project Scientist :
Eligibility includes ;
M.Tech/M.E. with 5 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience.

Associate Project Engineer :
Candidates must have ;
Master’s degree in VLSI / Microelectronics / Computer Science, OR
Bachelor’s degree in ECE / EE / CSE with 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Assistant :
Applicants should hold ;
M.Tech/M.E. with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
B.Tech/B.E. or MCA with 5 years of experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong technical or teaching exposure.

Lab Assistant :
Eligibility criteria include ;
B.Sc. with at least 65% marks or 7 CGPA plus 3 years’ experience, OR
Diploma in Engineering with 65% / 7 CGPA, preferably with 5 years’ experience.

Lab Attendant :
Applicants must have ;
10th pass (High School) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Salary Structure :
All positions are offered on a fixed-term contract of 11 months, with consolidated monthly remuneration. The salary package includes ;
Basic pay ;
20% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
₹1,250 medical allowance.
Final pay may be adjusted based on interview performance and relevant experience.
Monthly Salary ;
Principal Scientist: ₹1,69,979.60.
Senior Project Engineer: ₹1,02,487.76.
Project Scientist: ₹76,841.36.
Associate Project Engineer: ₹43,250.
Technical Assistant: ₹43,095.44.
Lab Assistant: ₹28,246.70.
Lab Attendant: ₹21,497.50.

Selection Methodology :
The recruitment process is entirely interview-based, with no written examination involved. Candidates are shortlisted based on academic qualifications and relevant experience and then called for a hybrid interview (online or in-person).
Selection Stages ;
Submission of online application and document upload.
Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
Hybrid interview scheduled on 15 June 2026.
Final selection based on interview performance.
Candidates must attend at their own expense. No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided, and no separate interview call letter will be issued.
