Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates interested in applying for the Nursing Superintendent position at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad must satisfy the prescribed educational qualification and professional experience requirements.

Educational Qualification :
Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications ;
A 3-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with at least 60% marks
OR
A 4-year B.Sc. Nursing degree with minimum 60% marks.

Professional Experience :
Candidates must also have relevant work experience in a recognized hospital ;
Minimum 6 years of experience after completion of Diploma qualification
OR
Minimum 3 years of experience after completion of B.Sc. Nursing degree.
For candidates holding a full-time Master’s Degree in Nursing, the duration of the postgraduate programme may be considered towards experience for a maximum period of 2 years.

Application Fee :
All Categories : ₹200/- (inclusive of GST).

Age Limit :
Maximum permissible age: 40 years.
Candidates seeking age relaxation, if applicable, should refer to the official notification issued by the institute.

Salary / Remuneration :
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed consolidated salary of ₹40,000 per month.

Selection Process :

Selection will be based on overall performance in the assessment process.
